Main responsibilities

• Be responsible for a marketing and advertising plan, a public relations and internal communication plan, monitor and control their execution and budget.
• Manage and coordinate the company's sales promotion and marketing activities, in accordance with the strategy, to increase the sales volume in e-commerce, the recognition of the company's brand and create a positive image of the company in the society.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Participate in negotiations with cooperation partners and service providers about commercial offers and joint projects in e-commerce.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

What we expect from you:

• Previous working experience as Marketing Manager.
• Very good level of analysing data and presenting it.
• Expert in marketing strategies and local market specialties.
• Communication level in Estonian and English, Russian would be beneficial.
